The little satin-like bag the unit came in had strings everywhere and was falling apart. There were no + or - for installing the batteries. Hopefully this will work to do the filing I need but not real confident.

Ryleigh: It's not terrible, but it overheats very quickly and never lasts removing or filing a full set, effectively forcing you to stop in the middle and wait it out.

Like I said above, it's good for practice. It helped me learn to use a nail drill before upgrading, but it doesn't work efficiently for a full manicure.

Belle: This e-file is very easy-to-use. I, like many others, want to do my own nails. Setting up the drill was easy, but opening the little box with the drill bits was hard for me. Im sure that's just me though.

I did wish it came with more bits. I have a cordless nail drill that came from a big box store and I liked some of the bits it had. Unfortunately, they did not fit this e-file. Luckily, I did have some finer sanding bands on hand to use. The diameter of the bands were just the slightest bit smaller than the ones the nail drill came with.

Its a good nail drill, I will just have to get some additional drill bits. As a beginner, I appreciate how user friendly it is. I will update at a later time if anything changes my rating.

Client d'Amazon: Très contente j’ai suivi la vidéo pour mettre les différents embouts sur la machine il faut faire attention qu’il soit bien bloqué avant de l’allumer. Y’a pas à recharger car fonctionne juste en le branchant et on peut régler la vitesse avec la roulette.

LadyD: I bought this so I can do my own manicure when I don’t have time to go to the salon. It does the trick but doesn’t have a lot of power. Stops rotating if you press down for more umph. Also the sandpaper tubes aren’t very sturdy. I have some leftover from another one that looks like this so I’ll use those. But the rotation issue is gonna happen no matter which one you choose on here. I’m sure it’s a safety feature but if you have a reoccurring stubborn callous like I have it might get frustrating. Other than that it makes everything nice n smooth. Also comes with lots of useful attachments

RoseyP: Remember that this is not a professional grade nail drill. Although, it is perfect for what I use it for. I've owned one before and work great to file my pets claws without it being too loud and powerful to scare them. I use this one to keep my nails clean and polished. As my nails grow and my polish starts to lift, I can nicely file them down until I get a new manicure .
