Satisfied in N.C.: The heating pad case is a very pretty print. The warmth it gives is very comfortable. The only thing I don’t like is that it is not as soft and pliable as the last one I bought, but even so, I am satisfied and would buy again.

Carol: Though we are happy we purchased this item, the controller gave out after 4 months of use. BUT the company quickly stepped up and sent us a replacement pad. EXCELLENT customer service. Would buy other products from this company based on this experience. As for the pad...it could be a bit heavier.
