Carole Flynn: Très simple à monter, très satisfaite du produit, je le recommanderais!!

Anji: With the size, this thing seems to stay tilted once filled with water. I wish it came with a brace. My crows probably could not land on it but the small song birds are fine with it. Otherwise it's holding up well and the backyard birds have been using it even on days when it's freezing and my other bird baths are full of ice. The heating function works consistently and quite well. Might get a second for the front yard!

Amazon Customer: First off, this product works just as promised. Keeps the water from freezing, and they provide hardware to mount it on a deck railing (which I didn't use) or on the ground. I actually set it in a Wild Birds Unlimited birdbath stand, where it didn't fit perfectly but close enough.
I have had this bird bath for 3.5 years now, and it still functions great. However, if you've ever had plastic patio furniture you know that the shiny finish eventually degrades in the sun and weather. That's what this bird bath has done; it's now very hard to clean and if I scrub too hard I notice tiny green plastic bits come off. I feel I should replace it now for the birds' sake.
For what it is, a fairly inexpensive heated bird bath, it's great.

Cheryl Brink: I have purchased this particular heated bird bath before and got a lot of use out of it. I needed to replace the heated bath part as I was concerned that I may have got water into the heating element and wasn't sure whether to still use it or not. So I decided to buy this bath again and when I received the bird bath everything was fine until I tried to put the metal legs onto the frame of the bath. I am using the bath as a ground bird bath on my deck. When I tried to insert the metal legs onto the frame they kept falling out. No matter how hard I tried to shove the legs in they just wouldn't stay put. So I looked at the old frame from my previous bath and compared it to the frame of the new bath and I could see that the place where you insert the legs was a much tighter fit on the old bath than the new one. Because the frame on the new bath I purchased had much wider openings for the legs that is the reason that they kept falling out. I am just lucky that I kept the frame for the old bath so I could use it and just use the new heated bath part in the old frame. I love the bird bath and it does a great job during the winter which I why I purchased it but the manufacturer could have...

ChloeChloe: First off, I haven't used it yet so I don't know how it will hold up to winter's use but I must say I'm impressed so far with it's price and features. I will easily be able to use it on my deck this winter and the birds and squirrels will easily be able to access it. It does look a bit shallow, as other's have stated, but this is not a bath - it's a water supply. It comes with easy to understand and use clamp, legs and deck / fence attachments and, like I said, seems very well made. I'm reasonably sure the birds and squirrels will love it.
Update:
Winter is here and the bath is working like a charm. We've had 17 below temperatures and the water remains water. We've seen all the birds and the squirrels drinking from it. This is an excellent bath for the winter. I have ordered the cord connect too just to be sure. I am VERY pleased with how well it is working.
Another update on February 29, 2021: We are now getting 30 below here at night and the water is not freezing. Very important to fill the dish every day now. Every morning we see the birds taking long drinks from it. I am so happy I bought this water dish for the birds.

EF MillsEF Mills: Very well made and a great value. The three mounting choices provide numerous installation options. We have two of the mounts installed in different locations plus occassionally use the 4 metal feet that come with it for putting it on the ground. It's being used for our 2nd winter now and performs just as described in temperatures as low as -19° celcius. It's always kept the water from freezing over. It's also very easy to remove and clean the tray without disturbing the mounts. This turned out to be a far better choice than putting a heater in our pedestal bird bath. We also bought the Farm Innovators Cord Connect, which we found was a better seal and easier to use than the other brands we've tried. A little caution though... try to not let the water totally evaporate or run dry and keep it filled as the tray is slightly higher in the centre. One additional note... In light of the few comments concerning the effects of birds bathing in this in the cold and suffering as a result - we've never had witnessed this and only seen them drinking from it. I think we should give our feathered friends a little more credit than being that dense regardless of what some 'expert' might have to...

Bunkster Brown: I purchased one of these several years ago and have loved it (as have my birdies), but when winter hit this year it wasn't working. I came looking on Amazon to replace it, and was thrilled to see that it's still being made and sold... and hasn't changed a bit since the first one I bought. Turns out, it was not the birdbath at all that wasn't working, it was the outside plug. I've had the plug replaced several times because it keeps shorting out in cold weather. This last plug I had put it last summer was more expensive and supposedly guaranteed not to short out in extreme weather, so when it stopped working I assumed that it was the birdbath that died. Not the case... it was the plug.
So now I have a super long, heavy duty exterior extension cord running to the outside plug on the opposite side of my house, and the birdbath has been working beautifully. AND the first one still works, as well!!! So next winter, I will set both of them up and I'll be sure to get the plug situation addressed, once and for all.
My only suggestion for improving this product would be to make it just a tad deeper. It's very shallow and if you don't put water in it daily, all the water...

BackYardWildLifeBackYardWildLife: I gave this product 2 stars because I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the misrepresentation. I SPECIFICALLY bought this particular heated bird bath because I was led to believe it was made of terra cotta. NOWHERE in the description does it say that it's made of plastic. And the title says terra cotta.
HOWEVER...having said that, I realized that if it had been made out of terra cotta it would've been too heavy to mount on my window (it is MUCH bigger than I thought). After some thought I've decided to keep it instead of returning it and I expect to be very pleased with it. I still prefer not to have heated items in plastic (I wouldn't want to drink water that had been sitting in a plastic container and I wasn't interested in doing that to my feathered friends, either) but since I'll be changing the water everyday it should be okay.
I will post an update after some use with any specific pros or cons but it does seem to be a very nice item. The three mounting options are great and it's large enough for robins or blue jays etc. to bathe in, although I expect they'll mostly just be drinking in the cold winter months, and this bath will only be used for that time of year.

Bobbid: I gave this birdbath 3 stars because of the legs falling off. To solve this issue, I wrapped the end of each leg is a small piece of thin rubber shelf liner, then stuck the leg into it’s holder. This helped fill in the gap between the leg and the holder for the leg. So far this solution works well. I’m sure I’ll need to replace the rubber but hopefully it will last thru the winter. I also used a plastic cord connector to keep the extension cord and unit cord dry. I do like the shallowness as that gives all sizes of. Iris easy access to fresh water. Now to keep the squirrels from eating thru the cord!
