I LOVE THIS BACK PACK FOR MY SURFACE PRO AND OFFICE ITEMS. SO DISAPPOINTED WHEN THE FRONT BUTTON FELL OFF AFTER ONE WEEK. I STILL KEPT THE BAG BUT NOW THE SECOND BUTTON IS COMING OUT!! UGGGGHHHH I REALLY ENJOYED THIS BAG!!

I really love this backpack. I volunteer at our local hospital and I’m able to fit everything I need for my day in this backpack. The only thing I don’t get on it and maybe someone can respond, but the charging cord that comes with it is in it like backwards!! On the outside of the pack where you would plug a charger in, the adapter part is the wrong end…it’s the end that would go to the plug impart for the wall! Other than that…awesome roomy bag!
