JessicaJessica: Update: I finished up using my second order of these foot pads wearing them each night and I have to say that I think they do work.
So I bought these after a friend had mentioned trying them (not sure if same brand). The first two nights I felt like I slept well, but most recently I still tossed an turned. The adhesive is pretty good and they stay on all night without having to wear socks over them. A couple of the nights the edges did start to roll up but that might have been from me kicking around in my sleep. I like that they have a large adhesive area, makes it seem like it was more secure and less chance them coming off. I did buy another package because I feel like 5 nights might have not been enough time to tell if they made a difference or not. When waking up and taking them off though they were black so it seems like they are working but I have also read that, that is due to the reaction of sweat and the vinegar. So still undecided.
