GarretJax: After buying an Alienware M18 A1 laptop, I realized I couldn't take it anywhere because my bag that I thought had been big enough, simply was not big enough. This bag is big enough for my behemoth of a laptop, plus TONS of extra stuff. I have a flight coming up in a couple of months, and I'm really looking forward to bringing this with me. All of the zippers feel like they are very strong and durable and there are a LOT of pockets!

Aimee M.: My middle schooler has a 4-inch binder, pencil cases, etc. and computer that he needs to carry with him every day to school. I struggled to find a backpack that we didn't have to spend 10 minutes trying to stuff and squeeze everything into, and then still have to carry misc. items that wouldn't fit. This backpack has a very large center area with an extended zipper which makes packing up the large binder and all school supplies a breeze, and the computer section is large with plenty of room. Also, very comfortable to carry. Very happy!

Shawn R. Lavin: I bought my son a brand name backpack 1 week after school started it tore because he had so much stuff to carry and it was way too heavy. He did not have a locker so he had to carry this all day. I purchased this 18" backpack to replace it. It has made an unbelievable difference!! It is at least 50% lighter. He has room for many more things than what even has. There are so many pockets and compartments, he doesn't even use half of them. I love the area (without the zipper) in the front because it is perfect for his hoodie/jacket. This is the most durable bag that we have ever owned! I paid $10 less for this backpack then I did for his first one that tore! My son (and his mom) are VERY satisfied with this purchase!!!

Amy: My teen daughter picked this backpack to use for school and it has held up well and looks very nice. She wanted this one because it is large enough to hold everything she needs each day at school. So, it became VERY heavy and she switched to her old backpack. Would be a nice size carry on bag for a weekend trip as long as you don't have to wear it for too long.

Tracey Shackelford: This bag is amazing! I'm one of those people who needs a full sized keyboard to keep from aggravating my carpal tunnel. This is the first bookbag I've found that can fully contain a full size keyboard, two laptops, a tablet, file folders and all my mobile cords and office supplies with room to spare. The only con I can find is that it holds so much that I have to be very conscious of what I put in this bag because it can get pretty hefty to carry. Even weighted down, it's still very comfortable to carry and the weight seems to be evenly distributed. The shoulder straps don't dig into your shoulders and the bag sits well without pulling you back. Sitting it on the floor is another story; you will need to take care in how you sit it down with consideration to what you have packed as it tends to flop backwards.

The construction of the bag is solid and there's nothing "cheap" feeling about it. Stitches are uniform and seams are well constructed; nothing feels like use may tear the seam or pull it apart.
