icdance: My almost-4 year old granddaughter loves the Magic Treehouse books. We were talking the other day and I told her I was dog-sitting a greyhound named Gladiator. She was so excited and told us all about gladiators, Pompeii, and Mount Vesuvius. Asking how she knew all that she excitedly told me she learned about it in a Magic Treehouse book. I was surprised the book talked about a volcano that killed so many people, but it was handled well. She loves these books and so do I!

Jonathan & Jessica: Love this series it's a fun read with educational information as well. It's not a hard read at all. Fun for most all kids of different ages. My son's been following the series for a few years now and it's a fun read for him and sparks interest in a lot of different areas.
