Bought this battery to have on hand when my current one needed replacement in my Back UPS350, charged it when I received it and also periodically over the last year to keep it "fresh". Now, when I went to use it, it will not hold a charge and fails in my Back UPS350. It has a 2033 expiration date on it.
Contacted Expert Power and they were NO help!! Horrible Customer Service and they don't stand behind their junk product.
