jenifer04241: The foot massager feels very nice. It has a heat setting but I don’t feel any heat. I like the 3 rotating knobs that do the actual massaging. I’m not going to return it due to no heat. My feet are hot anyway so this lacking feature is fine for me personally.

JWJW: Very disappointed! It worked okay for a while but now it just sucks power and won't turn off! It won't heat up anymore it won't change the speed it's awful! I want a refund...
I am adding a comment to the above.. Although my unit will not turn off, I just unplug it when I'm not using it.. the function still works, AND it FELLS amazing.. small hiccup but still worth the price for a foot massage anytime

Placeholder: The media could not be loaded.  It is a good product but limited to only foot massage the con is u CANT use it daily as ur foot may pain All cannot use it as only people wid delicate skin like ladies might feel pain thigh area calf area or back area may not be massaged but u certainly get some relief in the foot area but only if u really have issues with foot planters feet flat feet people with limited mobility pls check you get a fresh price Amazon support was gave me a replacement through the company and think if u buy it u get a one year replacement warranty too so if u get this product below 4000/- in sale u can buy it make sure u get a fresh piece mine seemed used one however all in all it’s a good product this is out of few days Experince of the product I write the review and you may consider this product quality is good but I feel they still can work on their desire more so call area thigh arms buttocks backside is covered then the price is ok else ppl wid serious foot issues can buy it but do not use more than 30mins daily

BG: I got this as a birthday present for my wife who spends much of her work day on her feet, but the whole family seems to use it more than she does! It is pretty much a stationary fixture in front of my recliner.

The massage function is really nice. It may feel a bit harsh on sore feet at first, but you get used to it real quick. You can turn down the speed, or you can place a folded towel between the massager and your feet. Either way, I'd MUCH rather have to turn it down or add padding than have it not be enough.

The heat function is almost unnoticeable to me, especially if you have socks on. With the heat on, the massager "knobs" light up with a soft red glow. I usually just turn off the heat and save a few watts of power.

The power supply is a 12vdc/2.5A switching "wall wart". At around 6 feet, the power cord may be a bit short, but you can use a cheap extension cord if you need to.

As others have noted, the massager surface is flat, so it doesn't really reach foot arches too well. However, I found that if you angle your foot (or the massager) to the side, you CAN get the massager knobs to reach the arch somewhat; you just can't do both feet at the...
