Helen: functionality is great. It's the brand to get for sure. It blends well, easy pour and lasts for years. The color is for breast cancer so it's really really pink. We took the pink top off and replaced with a black one from our original blender so it wasn't so bright.

March CanoMarch Cano: Esta es por mucho la mejor licuadora, yo tengo también la kitchenaid licuadora magnetica que vale cuatro veces más que esta, pero esta definitivamente es la mejor, deje de usar la otra por que hace mucho ruido, y esta es como una licuadora normal, pero licúa excelente a la misma calidad que la magnética. De hecho, desde que llego esta la otra no la uso, no pierdan su dinero comprando otra, esta es la mejor, por precio y calidad no le pide nada a otras más caras.

I discovered this while searching for a replacement for my trusty Waring 1992 blender which has not been replicated by the company by anything comparable.

I followed one apparent "winner" and deep in the reviews discovered a better option, and deep in those reviews then discovered this option. Someone pointed to a video review which pitted this against five other blenders. Among the challenges, the reviewer put a complete, unpeeled orange in the blender. Right before your eyes, you see the blender make mincemeat out of it.

I make a chocolate banana smoothie that includes 1 1/3 cups of milk, 20 ice cubes, one banana, and Concord Chocolate Smoothie mix, available here on Amazon. This blender turns out a smoothie that is as thick and smooth as a chocolate milkshake from McDonald's, except it's 330 calories instead of over 1,000 for the same volume of McDonald's milkshakes.

cangu: Excelente servicio de Amazon, he tenido licuadora Kitchenaid durante años y me gusta mucho la marca, antes tenía la anterior ksb560 y me salió muy buena, y quise subir de nivel y no hallaba si otra vez Kitchenaid o vitamix, me decidí por Kitchenaid, la pedí y tuve un problema con ella después de un tiempo y a pesar de que es una gran licuadora, y marca excelente, tuve un problema con el vaso y se me descompuso, la base funcionaba muy bien, pero el vaso no. Me comunique con servicio a clientes de Amazon la respuesta y garantía de Amazon es excelente, me enviaron una guía para la devolución y en cuanto les llegó me hicieron devolución de mi dinero a tarjeta. Y me decidí probar la vitamix 750 pro también con garantía de compra de Amazon. El tiempo que tuve la licuadora hizo muy bien su trabajo, smothies, licuados, batidos todo muy bien con gran potencia, y perfectamente molido todo con una consistencia muy suave de un buen licuado si sentí mucho más potencia y licua mucho, mucho mejor que la anterior Kitchenaid ksb560, todo más perfectamente molido. Nick: So I enjoy cooking and making new things quite a bit, I also like to make protein shakes every morning after a workout. For the longest time, I wanted a Vitamix or a BlendTec. You see the commercials, you see them on cooking shows, etc. They look like the best thing in the world, and to be honest I'm sure they're great. They're also pretty pricey.

I was about to bite the bullet and get the Vitamix, forking over $500 for a blender. Well, I took a step back and started looking around and saw this blender. The only concern I had was the rubberized gear this turns everything. Well after quite a bit of use, I have yet to see any wear on that piece. I think the key here is to use the proper settings, and follow the instructions so you don't go and break your blender. There is a 'crush ice' setting, which for any larger objects as well as ice, I'll run first. This breaks up those items before you pop it onto full blend and start burning up gears.

Anyways, the majority of the time I blend up protein shakes. I do this with frozen bananas, coffee ice cubes, protein powder, and spinach or other greens and water. First thing, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. ...

Oscar hanzely: The blender is nice heavy duty style with amazing color matching the KitchenAid stand mixer we already have. The jar is not glass but plastic, at first I was concerned but it;s really durable plastic and let;s be honest. If that would be glass then 3/4 full would be so heavy that you hit something or crack it during operation much more easily anyways... the blades are tack sharp and overall it's pretty quiet blender with slow start. The overall performance is excellent, haven;t have any issue so far with it, I believe it's best price/performance ration on the market.
