It was well as packaged and the instructions are easy to follow. Great bike so far. Very comfortable for my 6'3" frame. The only thing I didn't love was the placement of the A/C power connector, its at the front. I ended up fishing the wire underneath and to the back of the bike, so far not in the way.
Recommend especially on sale.

Jana K.: The packaging was done well, and although the cardboard box had a small perforation, there was no damage to the bike. Two people are needed for assembly . I am 75 and my husband is 89, so it took us most of the afternoon, but all parts fitted together well and the instructions were easy to follow. The bike works as promised- no noise, very stable, the seat moves easily to adjust for leg length. The screen works, as does the pulse monitor. I was glad to realize I can adjust the level of difficulty while the program is running , and the computer “remembers” it for the next workout. (I have not been able to do much aerobic exercise due to hip problems so I am starting at the easiest level ) It’s early days, but so far I am happy with this purchase.

UWPete: I did not buy this equipment for heavy duty use, only for providing light duty cardio exercise at home as a substitute for exercise I formerly got at a fitness facility closed because of the pandemic. The directions were good; I found it easy to assemble. It did take some time, and you will be well served to have a couple of adjustable crescent wrenches and a screw driver available because the tools included with the bike are rather rudimentary, making the assembly more difficult than it has to be. I have only used levels 1 thru 3 so far and have found the operation to be smooth and very quiet. I definitely can notice the difference between each level and suspect that I will never get to level 6. I have not tried any of the programs that are available. I am 6' 3" tall and I have the seat as far back as possible and would like to have it a bit farther back. My legs are not particularly long for my height. The only other minor shortcoming I have noticed is that if I hold my feet too vertical as I pedal, my heels will scrape against the floor when the pedal is at its lowest point. I have my feet on the pedals with the ball of my foot past the midpoint of...

J. Marchal:
This was my first purchase of an exercise bike for home use. I was using one at the gym, but with the health situation we are in, I finally decided to just buy one. I wanted an affordable bike, and I studied lots of products online. This looked like a good compromise of price and quality - a good value. And after having it for a couple of months, I think I made a good choice.
I was anxious about the assembly process due to the other reviews, but I am pretty handy with tools and electrical connections. I had very little trouble assembling this bike. It is important to go slow and thoroughly understand each step, I did backtrack once, but I had the bike together in about 40 minutes even being very careful. In hindsight, I could have gone faster.
Very happy with the sturdiness of the bike. The seat is adequate, not great but it's easy to use a small foam cushion to help with the seat and back in the event you don't have an overly padded backside... I don't need one, and I only point out the issue with the seat to make sure I didn't miss explaining anything not above satisfactory.
The electronics package leaves a lot to be desired. Very clunky...

A Mathew: The bike was relatively easy to assemble for 2 people (approx 2 hrs). Looks better in real life than the photos on Amazon. Straight forward controls, features, and programs, so, not overly complex for seniors to use. Free MYCLOUDFITNESS features on App with my Samsung tablet provides an alternate display option of ride/workout statistics for the visually challenged. Tablet/smartphone and cup holders are nice features. No batteries used because of the AC Adapter not in any photos on Amazon. No tension knob but push buttons that allows for increases/decreases of difficulty levels is a great feature and Bluetooth connectivity. Bike is easy to get on and fits well with a easily adjustable seat for short stature people like my wife (4'11" with pillow for additional back support) and me (5'4").

WILLIAM:
This item arrived in two days in great shape. I was very impressed with how well it was packaged, every part is well protected, I have never purchased another product in my lifetime that was this well packaged.
Once everything is out of the box it is very apparent that this bike is well built, every part except the computer is high quality steel.
All the hardware and tools are included and the directions are very easy to follow. It took me about 4 hours from start to finish but I have a very bad back that made it just a little more difficult for me to get up and down for assembly but again this bike is very well designed and the assembly was relatively easy.
Once it was put together, my wife and I both tried it. This machine was easy to setup users and was whisper quiet and solid. It is easily adjustable as I am 5'8" and my wife is 4'10". Even being short my wife was comfortable on this bike which was a concern to me as I have bought other bikes in the past where she could not reach the pedals but this one is fine.
I cannot comment on the longevity of the unit but at this point I am very impressed and would recommend to my friends.

Jarrod Brown: I am very happy with this product. I was looking for a bike for more than a year, hoping to find something primarily manufactured in the United States, but good luck with that (or affording it).
This was easy to assemble, but it helped having tools besides those provided.
The pre-programmed routes are fun, and at top resistance, it is a real challenge and definitely moves you to anaerobic work. I haven't combined it with the app, and probably won't.
The heart rate monitor is WILDLY inaccurate. The first reading is easily off an average of 50 BPM or more. I noticed that if I hold on to it for at least 90 seconds, it gets CLOSE to what my strap heart rate monitor says, (which I have calibrated, and is accurate). But even then it's off 20-30 BPM or more. All in all, I would say the heart rate monitor is junk and is not to be trusted.
It is extremely quiet. That is definitely what has impressed me the most. However, in the two months or so that I have had it, I have had to retighten the bolts at the base several times to keep it quiet--as the bolts loosen, it begins to squeak. I may disassemble it at some point and use something like...
