TerandVen: Wow... Once you get use to it, it is amazing what it will do. We squeeze mostly lemons and it will process every bit down to the peel. I have found it helps to remove as many seeds as possible before squeezing. If you are doing a lot at a time, it also helps to clean the metal strainer, which is a snap. What I like is spooning the pulp in the strainer and eat it with a little salt when doing lemons and grapefruit. Oranges plain are also good, it's almost like ice cream.

James R: Large and noisy but if you squeeze a lot of lemons this machine will make quick work of it. Being Greek we go through dozens of lemons each month. Having arthritis the glass hand squeezer became impossible. Next was a small electric unit that struggled to get through a single lemon. This is restaurant grade and could go all day. Easy to clean.
