DVKDVK: This was a great purchase! Perfect for my son during Cross Country season. This watch has extra features beyond total steps or distance. Heart rate monitor as well as sleep mode. And you can charge it through a USB connection. Seems to be holding up very well and a great price.

kaci: Baught for daughter in sports, cheep enough I dont worry if it gets lost.
The charging is odd, be careful removing band to charge, only pull to side to "slip" off . Battery last about 1 day , not sure the bpm heart rate works correctly but we baught it for the milage tracker and that seems pretty accurate. Looks expensive!

Amazon Customer: I like the watch itself, I bought it for myself because I have very small wrists, it does the basics of what I wanted. HOWEVER, the app to go look at all the things has an ad everytime I open it ( at least the 1st time) and I have to click in to get into the actual app, doesn't seem very kid oriented there. I've had other fitness trackers and none did this, I know this was cheap so that is probably why, but still taking off stars because I HATE things geared toward kids that have ads. Also if you're not seeing your steps for previous days, make sure you're syncing it regularly, it will catch up, just looks like you did nothing. I'm also not a fan of the way it charges but I know lots of others do it this way too, again the watch does what I want and seems to function well, I got what I paid for because I didn't want to spend $100, for $20 it seems well made and it actually fits my wrist even though I'm on the 2nd to last hole. If they fixed the app ad junk. I would buy this for my kid when her arm is a little bigger, she always wants to wear it. if you're kids won't be using the app in think it's a great watch/ tracker. the ads aren't inappropriate but seems to be clothes and...

abwx: The claimed "heart rate monitor" apparently doesn't do anything useful. I bought this primarily to be able to monitor my heart rate while walking. I was disappointed to not see a screen that actively tracked heart rate. I went for a walk, and while walking, switched to the heart measurement screen, which I already knew would update for while, but hadn't tested how long. It takes a while before showing a heart rate, so I walked on. When I checked again, the screen had shut off. No record of the measurement. It should vibrate when "the data is detected" and displayed. Nope. I thought I could check my history on the "details" graph, but nope. It only shows resting.

The step count was good: my phone told me 797 steps, the watch told me 796. Obviously less than 15 minutes exercise, which the instruction booklet said someplace wouldn't count. Not sure towards what it wouldn't count, but since heart rate isn't counting anyway, does it matter? Kcals are reported on the "details" chart. Maybe they're using heart rate to calculate that, but I suspect it is calculated from steps (for walking).

The vibrations for notifications are nice. I mute notifications on the phone, since...
