Jennifer: The watch itself is pretty wide and flat so if you’re not used to wearing a watch and have a small wrist it’s a bit uncomfortable. I really was just looking for a step counter and sleep calculator. It does both of those things but neither are very accurate. It does calculate when you lie down and your heart beat slows but it doesn’t stop counting if you wake up and don’t actually leave the bed. (Which can be motivation to leave the bed) There are days when I know I’ve walked a lot more than usual and the numbers don’t reflect it and the other way around. Since I’m not actually counting my steps myself to fact check I can’t be certain but I have a hunch.
A weird note is that the heart rate calculator will alert me if “it gets too high.” This goes off randomly when I shake my left hand a bit. It never reflects my actual heart rate.
With all of these things aside I do like having it. It does motivate me to vacate the bed sooner and reminds me that I should move more. All of that for a fraction of the cost of an Apple Watch of Fitbit.

Karun Raghuvanshi: Fully charged Battery only lasted 2 days after 4 months. Now after 9 months after buying, lasted less then a day after a full charge. They do not care!
Spend extra and get a proper watch. Less Hassell and Annoyance!!!

Sheri Powers: Not sure about this product. I bought it primarily for the BP monitoring, and sleep tracking. Of course, i also want it to track my steps and activity level. Finally the battery life is very important. During the first week, after making some adjustments in the settings, I found the BP readings to be relatively accurate within about 10 points +/- over my Omron arm cuff BP monitor. Unfortunately the sleep tracker is really off. it's got me asleep when I'm up and about, and it does not record the times at night when I wake up, and thus records my sleep activity as " excellent" when I feel like crap the next morning b/c i was tossing and turning or kept getting woken up by various differnt disturbances. The other really annoying aspect of this device is that the screen appears to be SUPER sensitve to just about everything. I can no longer wear it in the shower because it goes crazy and starts cycling through all the various functions, turning on and off erractically when the shower water hits it just so.. i now take it off when showering. I was debating whether or not to keep it. But now the batery life is shrinking from 10 days to about 5 and 1/2 days, without any modifications on...

GEORGES: Overall I am quite pleased
There are four clock displays, always available on the device, unlike the Fitbit charge 4 I am frustrated with. They and other functions can be read in daylight and the battery lasts four days with the display set at 3/4 on a sliding scale. On the night of the fourth day I recharge at 1/4 charge as shown in a little oval with four lines indicating level of charge.
Their app is not available for PC, but the device has more features that do not need the app than does the Fitbit. Those feaures include current bood pressure and two kinds of walk among more activities, and the sleep monitor, none available on the Fitbit.
The sleep monitor works automatically -- great because I keep odd hours, though if I wake briefly then return to sleep, it does not add the additional. Sometimes to get the data I need to power off completely then on again (Hold the button some seconds, same to power on).
Without the app the clock is wrong and stuck on a twenty- four hour period, but I can mentally adjust and understand in a twelve hour period. The date is wrong too and I don't bother with it The day of the week I can mentally adjust.

Vinod Balay: I had received 2 watches and its pretty ordinary build compared to Mi watches and not worth the cost. I had brought this mainly to track the Blood pressure and it does disappoint totally there ... the stats are always wrong and caluclations are based on the settings (BP Private mode) you keep on the phone app ...eg: to test its accurary I had set the values as 100/70 and voila the readings it captures everytime i test is around 100/70 only..
I wonder if its product usage issue or its just a trick to lure people to buy , if its that easy to capture Blood Pressure reading with latest technology samsung\apple would have done that already with great accuracy

Dr. Frank O. Clark: Great device for tracking blood pressure. This is my second Dosmarter watch (what a name!). :o) Just calibrate against a cuff measurement. Note after wearing this one a few days, I find that this watch is lighter than the older Dosmarter watch, and I like it much more, I hardly notice it is on. Highly recommended. All of us older folk should be wearing these things. Still check occasionally with a cuff, but this 24 hour blood pressure reading is priceless if you have "white coat syndrome," as do I, despite being a professional scientist myself. If the FDA ever approves this optical BP measurement technique (see paper on MIT server), it will likely show up everywhere. Right now, I push myself physically very hard (at 79) and I can spot check my BP anytime, just pause, elevate the wrist with the watch, and press the measure BP option on the screen. "Dosmarter" has done an excellent implementation, and the "smartwatch" part is quite useful too.
