Janine F.: My only complaint about this product is that I wasn't paying enough attention and paid $49.99 for shipping. I would have ordered a different color because this matches nothing in my kitchen. :( The product makes ice quickly depending on the ambient temperature of the room. So far no problems at all. It is smaller than the last one I had which gives more space on the counter.

Charlie Plyler: I purchased this to replace an Igloo Ice Maker that quick working after about 15 months. I really enjoyed the Igloo ice maker until it stopped working.
I almost bought the same ice maker that I had before, but glad now that I didn't. Not only was this one cheaper, but it is much more quiet.
Very satisfied so far! Keeping my fingers crossed that I will get several years of service out it.

Carole Francis: What a delight to have large or small ice whenever I want it. This icemaker is fast and efficient. Makes cubes that are large enough to stay cold for awhile. When it's full, I just put the ice in a pitcher in the refrig and keep making ice. Cool blue color adds accent to my kitchen. Best customer service ever!!!! Accidentally, I put too much pressure on the plug and it popped out. Wrote to company and Jessie ordered me a new one free of charge. When first one didn't come, he reordered and voila, it was here in two days. Super communication. Thank you thank you thank you!

Becky Smith: So far it’s a great machine- usually every ice maker I have gotten and I think I’m up to 6 breaks within a year. I’m only 1 month in so time will tell. My only complaint so far is that there is no difference between small and large cubes even though there are 2 buttons labeled small and large. This machine makes very large cubes compared to my past machines.
