Blk Pearl: The product itself is sturdy and well made but I believe I was incorrectly charged and didn't realize it until after installation. I think when I ordered the product it was $140 something. However I was charged $169.99. I would not have paid this for a shower system that does not include a tub spout when I purchased another one at the same time, with tub spout included, for $20 less and could have gotten a similar one another brand for $50 less. At most I would have purchased the one with the tub spout and just discarded the spout. That, plus my plumber had to buy another $50 in parts to install it & the showerhead is too big. I now have to order a separate smaller 8" shower head... I'm not too happy at all. Hopefully when I use it, it doesnt leak.

Memo dls: Had a problem with my cartridge, got clogged.
After sale team was prompt and kind. Sent me replacement cartridge and instruction text and videos. Replaced in under 10 minutes.
My shower system is working swell.

TM: I love the look, the feel and the quality of these products. We were remodeling our bathrooms and making one big bathroom out of 2. I ordered the ceiling rainfall shower and a freestanding bath faucet in matte black. They were both very easy to put together and good directions for the plumber and tile layer. I would definitely purchase another faucet or product again!

Cynthia Buchan: I, as a Custom Home Builder, have used Moen for years. Before I change I like to test out the competiton. So I purchased the ESNBIA Ceiling Shower System, Shower Faucet Set.
I am impressed, not only with the mechanical device, Quality of the materials & the packaging BUT also the Customer Service!
I emailed them with 1 issue regarding lack of very hot water. They quickly responded with how-to vidoes for adjusting and even followed up to see that I was satisfied!
All of this goes a long way -and- if the quality and service continue I will be switching all of my custom homes to ESNBIA!!
