TM: I love the look, the feel and the quality of these products. We were remodeling our bathrooms and making one big bathroom out of 2. I ordered the ceiling rainfall shower and a freestanding bath faucet in matte black. They were both very easy to put together and good directions for the plumber and tile layer. I would definitely purchase another faucet or product again!

Cynthia Buchan: I, as a Custom Home Builder, have used Moen for years. Before I change I like to test out the competiton. So I purchased the ESNBIA Ceiling Shower System, Shower Faucet Set.
I am impressed, not only with the mechanical device, Quality of the materials & the packaging BUT also the Customer Service!
I emailed them with 1 issue regarding lack of very hot water. They quickly responded with how-to vidoes for adjusting and even followed up to see that I was satisfied!
All of this goes a long way -and- if the quality and service continue I will be switching all of my custom homes to ESNBIA!!
