I had a couple of incidents where the water bin wasn't properly seated and flooded my countertop, but I will consider that as just user error.
This makes great high-pressure coffees.

lori caro: Hard to put parts on to make the drinks areas that could easily get moldy from moisture took a long time to start to finish one cup of a drink difficult to put tamper on difficult to attach frothier etc cheaper brands better
