You can only put a small cup on the stand, and since I like to drink from a large one, it has already fallen several times 😏. That's why I remove the cup stand when I brew coffee. The coffee machine is noisy, but it doesn't annoy me. Aeroccino Milk Frother works great. Easy to clean. Whether you get airy foam from milk depends on the quality of the milk.

Amanda: I’ve been using this almost daily for a month and I’m very impressed. It’s super simple and makes coffee shop quality espresso. The size of the machine is good as it doesn’t take up much space, and it seems well made.

Pro tip: Per a Reddit review, I’ve been running a blank shot (no capsule) before and after each use and I think this practice goes a long way in keeping the inside of the machine clean and ensuring hot espresso shots.

Michael: Had to replace my 5+ year old Essenza machine which starting leaking in the water container. Daily use, few things last forever.

This new Mini Essenza works very well, and has a slightly smaller profile on our kitchen cabinet. Lunging setting fills my cups perfectly for a tasty cup of Nespresso.

Only complaints, and these are minor: water recepticle is smaller than my original Essenza, I get maybe 5 cups before having to refill. And, the capsule collector is also smaller than the original, maybe holds 5-6 capsules before having to empty. Oh well, should have thought thru the “mini” nature of this machine.

Makes a great cup of Nespresso!

Amazon Customer: I was on the verge of quitting coffee (as it gives me headaches) and I said I would give this machine / coffee a shot to see if it could work for me or not. I'm very happy with it. I thought I would be returning it but I am loving it. I do 1 or 2 espressos a day and my headaches have not been bad at all. The small espresso cups (just a touch of sugar) seem to agree with me more than the full coffee drinks with oat milk, etc. I also did an iced drink with this and it was great. IDK, but, I like it and I'm keeping it!

JohnBJohnB: First of all, this is expensive but moreso the coffee pods are expensive. And coffee selection is limited. Yes, all true if you buy from Nespresso. Don't do that. Buy from a place like Fresh Roasted Coffee and you have a better selection of good coffee for less cost (50 cents/pod). Note that each pod makes a very small volume of coffee, so you're talking three pods per serving. Three pods at $1-$2 each makes an expensive mug of coffee, but at 50 cents each it becomes quite reasonable and better than what you could buy at a coffee shop. Yes, the good coffee selection makes it comparable to some coffee shop drip coffees or even Americano. I have not been brave enough to try this as an espresso with froth - don't know if it will be strong enough.

For travel, this is excellent! I plan to use in my RV. Small space, QUICK good coffee (also means low power draw), and easy contained trash and cleanup! Beautiful for that use case. I want to figure how to re-use the pods which sounds messy, but just keeping used pods in a zip-lock bag is easy while traveling.

As a primary coffee maker I would say still too expensive per mug. I have an espresso machine for everyday home...

AnshuAnshu: The media could not be loaded.  I am a coffee aficionado and already have a espresso maker but wanted to try a coffee capsule style machine . The advantage of this is that it is very easy to use and eliminates the coffee grinding adding to filter etc. The coffee pods are easy to use and lasts for a very long time as these are sealed.

However the coffee pods which came with the machine was not that good and very bland flavoured. I bought separate starbucks pods which has a much richer flavour and showcased the benefits of using this machine.

Obviously there are some downsides, for the convenience you get you have to spend more. Coffee pods are really expensive and are only single use. You can try refilling a coffee pod and reuse but it really doesn’t work well.

So though the machine will look reasonable think of the pros of buying coffee pods vs using coffee grounds before buying this machine.

Personally I didn’t find there is a lot of difference between coffee from a normal espresso machine and the pod. Obviously this depends on the grounds you are using and type of pods being used.

manognamanogna: First I received broken glass water tanker, support immediately sent replacement with in 1day. I used machine for 3days n contact support saying machine settings not working properly. Again prompt reposnse from amazon. They said no more products from sellers can only refund amount for which I said ok. Meanwhile waiting for return pickup I tried to figure out what is wrong with machine n went through multiple videos n fixed issue . Now machine works perfectly fine. So I cancelled return request gonna keep the nespresso mini. Over all Amazon response was prompt n helpful.

If you love a nice strong aromatic expresso shot which tastes like a million bucks this is for you. Deducting 1 star because Nespresso isn’t officially present in India and aftersales support is non-existent. Do factor in high cost of Nespresso coffee capsules into your purchase decision. Cheers!
