Fairbanks Alaska: In 1 second it scanned both sides of an 8.5x11 in color in a single pass. Mac - WiFi set-up is quick and easy taking <5 minutes. I will not capture images that are weak/faded, it has a pop up that says "the image is blank" which is somewhat annoying. It does alright on capturing the data from receipts, and requires alteration of the data probably 1/3 of the time. This is the only receipt scanner I've ever used, but the Amazon reviews are true to form for this product.

Marina Van Amerongen: I loved this scanner until recently. It just started to take a very long time to save a document after it scanned it. Tried all kinds of fixes and finally called Epson support. They said it was hardware failure but my warranty had expired in April of 2023. They suggested going to a service depot but there are no locations in our city.Too time consuming to contact someone out of town, ship it to them and then pay the cost to fix it. May as well buy a new one. Very disappointed in this scanner

Craig Winans: I bought this to scan cards for reselling. The ease and speed are great but, the scans do not show the flaws in the cards very well. The wear from playing cards that causes dull spots does not show up at all. If you want something that gives nice clean document worthy pics it would be great for that though. I still use it for my cards because even digital photos are hard to get really good pictures and take way too long to do 100s of cards at a time.

big daddy sun: I researched like crazy and selected this based on comments and reviews. Not disappointed at all. Setup was easy and the unit is more compact than I thought it would be. In the short time I’ve had it, I’ve used it extensively for home office uses. Paper feeding has been fast and jam-free. The software loaded easily and functions well. So far, so good.

LuisLuis: Today, I had the opportunity to test the Epson Workforce ES-400 II document scanner and I must say that I was pleasantly impressed. This duplex desktop scanner is an excellent tool for any office or workspace that requires quick and accurate document digitization.
The initial setup was very simple - I just connected the scanner to my computer via USB and downloaded Epson's software. The software interface is easy to use and offers a variety of scanning options to suit my needs.
What I liked most about the ES-400 II is the speed and quality of the scanning. I was able to scan a stack of multiple-page documents in a matter of minutes, and the end result was crisp and clear.
