The only problem is that with the umbrella I received a coupon for a free umbrella cover from Wikiwiki. I followed the instructions and have yet to receive my cover.

Ken L. Barber: This umbrella is made with quality materials & the engineering is perfect. It’s very easy to assemble & operate. The umbrella is twelve feet (12’) wide, I had concerns about the size of the base weight I should purchase, I purchased the 230 pound base weight & it’s more than enough to hold this umbrella. Because of the size & weight of this umbrella, if you put it in the right position around the pool, you can adjust it very easy & quickly with the push of the handle, you can also spin it around with the push of a button with your foot.
I plan to purchase another one in the near future.

Iva Jean Bleyer: Loved the umbrella, very striking. Was gone one day and had horrible wind and it blew over. Had it up and wrapped closed. Broke where you can swivel and tilt. Trying to find out if I can buy a replacement pole.
Have had it 2 yrs and still looks great!

We love the sturdiness and ease of opening the umbrella and adjusting the height and the angle
The umbrella itself seems to be a good quality material. However, as others have mentioned, this is not a wine colored umbrella, we would say it’s more of a burnt orange. We are not unhappy with that color, it just seems if it’s really a burnt orange just sell it as a burnt orange color.
I would highly recommend this umbrella. It is solid a great value and we’ve had it under wind conditions and it’s holding up well.
Update: I had to contact customer service for a few questions I had. They were prompt and polite. Great customer service. I highly recommend this product and company!
