H. Russell: I got this devotional book last year and absolutely loved it. It is a harmony of beautiful artwork, hymns of the faith, heart-probing questions and deeply rooted and solid teaching. This book helped me to keep my focus on the true meaning of Christmas last year instead of getting caught up in all of the activities and peripheral things that go along with the season. I will read Emmanuel again this year and I highly recommend it as a personal devotion or a gift for someone else.
