esraaesraa: the couch is okayish i think it could be more fluffy and what pissed me the most is that the screwers its all rusty because simply that will effect the legs of the couch i called they said they can do replacement for the whole order not just the scewers which was so much work to pack the couch again and unpack the new one

Chas: Like other reviews it is abit firm but i really like it anyways! Building it was pretty easy but did take abit of time. It can literally fold in half for storage or to help move it out of your home which i thought was so cool!
Only complaint is that you have to be careful where you lay if your a heavier person. If you try on the back of the couch you could fall due to it being unbalanced.

shannonelaines: Cute and easy to put together. This couch took about 30 minutes to put together. The fabric is soft and looks easy to wipe down. It isn't comfortable enough to be a main couch or bed, but it is perfect for an office.

Rae.moon.starsRae.moon.stars: Bought this for my daughter’s space. The neighbor kids always here or sleeping over. All are between 8-12. She picked the pink. It is comfortable for the price. My only frustration is the back won’t click into place so we have to lean it against the wall or it will lay flat(bed style). I didn’t bother returning because the kids will probably destroy it eventually. Bed is a good size.

DJDJ: This futon is firm. I have broken it in over the last few months of having it so it's not as hard as it was when I first purchased it. I just needed a couch/sofa small enough to fit through doorways and easy to move when moving in/out. It was easy to put together by myself. Amazon drivers delivered on time and brought it to my room of choice. I have slept on it several times and am thinking of purchasing a mattress topper to provide a little more softness to it. I wouldn't recommend it for someone in a studio apartment or dorm room where this would be your only sleeping option, just because it is pretty firm. I do not use it in flat mode, I keep it in "sofa" mode and it serves it's purpose of simply being a place to sit, watch TV, and maybe take a nap in my living room. The futon itself is very sturdy, I've sat with another person on it and it held us up well (this would've been at least 350lbs combined). I wasn't a fan of the color but I purchased a cover for it. During an Amazon Promotion I was able to purchase it for a cheaper rate than what is currently being shown. Overall satisfied with this purchase!

JoshuaJoshua: I was hesitant to order at first, as I wasn’t sure what the quality/comfort would be, and if the box would be too big to have at the place I was sharing with my ex before I moved. Well the box was smaller than expected as the futon has a centre hinge in addition to the reclining hinges, and the feet and parts are stashed in a hidden hole underneath. It wasn’t too heavy for a couple of able bodied people to manoeuvre, just a bit cumbersome. I had it set up within 5-10 minutes as the instructions were straightforward and had very few steps. The seat back positions took a few tries to work out the trick but I have it where I want now (recline positon is ideal for relaxing, gaming and… romance). The comfort is as I wanted. Sure I may like things hard, but anyone who complains it is too hard and hurts their back clearly needs to go see a chiropractor. Reclined position is like being held in a gentle giant’s palm. The seat depth is also just what I wanted. You don’t feel the middle seam unlike some reviews are saying, as the futon is still firm enough that you don’t sink in excessively. Sean: After reading the reviews of this couch I had set the bar so low this thing could honestly have crawled over it. We needed a couch that was not expensive, temporary but still functional. I had resigned myself to a cheap couch from Ikea but the day I was about to order I came across this on sale for $249 and decided, what hell for an extra $100 the lay flat option might actually be of use.

First, the box is heavy and large so don't expect to muscle it by yourself, but having said that I just flipped it end over end to get it into the house because well I'm stubborn.

The couch is covered in some sort of fabric bag to protect it, which was nice because this thing is white and my black dog doesn't need any help getting it all dirty. It lifted right off at which point I found the couch has a hinge in the middle allowing it to literally fold in half for storage or transport which I have to say is actually pretty cool. There's a zipper sealed compartment on the underside which contains all the legs, 2 hex keys and 2 sets of screws.

EricEric: I'm torn between 3-4 stars. As far as looks go, its a 5 star product. It seems its somewhere between Ultra and Mid-century modern. The color as others have stated isn't a bright Apple store white, but in fact more of an off, vanilla. With that said this futon is 4 feet away from a stark bright white desk but neither piece looks out of place, also incandescent lighting will cast enough of a warm light on the room that they almost become the same color. From an assembly standpoint I'd say its a 3 or a 4 depending upon when it comes time to flip it right side up. The 2 halves are tied together via a standard hinge and flipping it over by yourself can be a chore as there is so much flex it seems as if its going to break. 2 people flipping at the same time solves the issue but it can be done by yourself as well, you just can't toss it on its feet is all I'm saying. The feet, while metal, are a VERY thin gauge tubing. I can understand as other people have said the legs have snapped at the welds why. To avoid that try not to do the typical sitting adjustment where you just suddenly thrust or scoot your body to change sitting position, I'd imagine that is what puts the lateral torque that...
