Jennifer B.: This is a great tea kettle. It heat the water up within a few minutes. I was super impressed. I love the blue lights and love that it is glass. It's easy to us. My 11 year old uses it for his tea and noodles, and he knows how to operate it. Way more convenient then microwave his noodles, and I love that it has an auto off button for safety. I am happy with this buy and the price was great too.

ReynArtReynArt: I use this to heat water for tea and sometimes other things, and it works great. It's lightweight, doesn't take up much space, & easy to fill. It's also easy to wipe out as needed and seems pretty low maintenance. I saw some reviews that said it was hard to reach into, but it's not. The lid has 2 stopping points, one around a 45 degree angle, and one at 90 degrees. Anyone who thinks it's hard to reach into the pot probably just didn't press firmly enough to open it all the way. It's not difficult, but it does have slight resistance at 45 degrees to allow for the lid to pause at that point if that's all you need. It only takes about 6 to 7 minutes to heat to a full boil and shuts of automatically when finished heating. The blue light is also fun and a great way to visually see when the pot is heating. Wonderful product!

Telling it like it is..: This electric kettle is so nice. I love everything about it. I got the black one and it look's sleek with my other black appliances. But most importantly..it does an excellent job. I use it SO much as my apt complex doesn't have very hot water in the kitchen. It heat's up fast and I no longer have to worry about leaving a teapot on my gas stove under fire over night like I did once before ..yikes! 😳. Thank God it was a really quality Italian designed one and didn't catch on fire for the six hour's it was on my stove heating. But this electric kettle shuts off automatically once the water comes to a boil which is great! And it is cordless. No cord is attached to the kettle. Buy it!

Frankee: I needed a replacement for my fancy with multiple temperature setting water kettle. That one cost a lot and had flaws, so I didn’t want to pay too much for another water kettle. I honestly got this one because of the very reasonable price.

In short, it works very well. It heats the water very fast and it didn’t have a weird metal taste even for the first few pots. I like that it’s plastic outside the stainless steel, so I don’t accidentally touch it and burn myself when it’s hot.

Some minuses include the button on the lid and the on/off switch feel very flimsy. Also, it takes a couple of tries to put it back on the stand, so not sure if it’ll damage the heating element over time.

However, for the price, I will be very happy if it works for a couple of years.
