CapnShanty: I'm 5'10, weight 175 lb, male. I tore all kinds of stuff in my knee in a soccer game, and needed a cane to help me get around because a crutch would make me feel too broken, and I don't like that, so I got a cane. Let me say, I have a career in tech, a wife, all that, so by all accounts a normal guy, at 27 years old. But I'm an artist so I have a flair for the extra. Why am I listing these details? Because, the main reason you buy this cane is because you like style, so I'm telling you where I come from style wise.
The cane will cause one of three reactions in people: they will laugh, they will think you are weird, or they will absolutely love it. In all cases it will be a conversation. However, that is not to say it is too ostentatious; the metal is darker colored, and the falcon head is really tastefully done and not too large. It's obviously a high quality item, so it gets full class marks.
