Veronica: This product worked as expected for about half a year then the heater would no longer turn on. Essentially now it is just a fireplace light… we are bummed as we enjoyed it while it worked. I’ve reached out to customer support and am hoping for a replacement. 10/14/23 update. I contacted customer support and a new fireplace was sent. Great customer service. Happy to have the heater back for the fireplace!

The HowelThe Howel: We have a tiny house and this thing suits the space perfectly! It gives off a decent amount of heat, but it is definitely a complementary and not a primary heat source. The dancing flames are sweet and it is a wonderfully novel addition to any small space for cheeky ambiance. The legs do feel chintzy, but not a big deal at all.

Fit Mama: Flame feature didn't work at first...the company sent me a replacement heater with in one day. Very good customer service. New heater works great. The wifi is very useful if want to turn on your heater before you enter the room.

The response from TURBRO's customer service is enough to change my 1-star rating to a 4-star. Yes, I have had issues with this unit and I am getting my 3rd unit but their customer service was so awesome! I reached out, provided all the information and within a day, a very nice man named Wilson emailed me and asked me to provide some more details about the issue. I provided him a video and immediately he processed a replacement, which I received in ONE day! The best part is that he didn't ask me to return the broken unit! I hate the added hassle of having to re-box things and send it back so now I can just dump the broken unit and move on with my life. Such a great, positive experience; therefore, I do recommend this unit. It does work well when it's not defective and the warranty and customer service of TURBRO are awesome!

I bought this item and had to replace it within the first month because the thermostat wouldn't work right. The room would be 65 degrees, the thermostat would be set at 75 and the heat would not flip on until I turned it up to around 90. Amazon sent me a replacement in December and the unit has been working fine....

Gil Chartrand: I like the fact that it has a built in thermostat and the 4 legs are made of steel not plastic. Had no trouble whatsoever installing them. After 20 minutes of use, the cord only feels a very little warm and the plug maintains normal temperature. I recommend using a designated outlet, if available a 20 Amp 115-120 volt circuit. If not available, plug into a designated 15 amp 115-120 volt circuit and check from time to time for outlet temperature. Most new homes come equipped with 20 amp outlets.
