Cynthia R.: This is the best zapper I have ever owned. The light is bright and attracts the mosquitoes easily. We have this in the house but I will be buying another for outside. We have a ton of mosquitoes and when the dog comes in at night he is covered in mosquitoes. I used to spend a long time swatting them with a fly swatter and then cleaning up the walls. Now we just wait and enjoy the sound of the mosquitoes getting zapped. It even works if we have some lights on.
Customer service is great. The first zapper I got had a slight manufacturing defect. The company was easy to work with and sent a replacement quickly.
