Moamen Elhaddad: One of my favorite kitchen gadgets and it’s very versatile. I even make smoothies in it! Works better than my Vitamix blender for smoothies! Vitamix is $600 and a complete waste of money! Works very bad for smoothies and always get stuck spinning without blending and you have to open and stir everything to get to work. I’m getting rid of the Vitamix and bought the beast blender instead which is a fraction of the price and works way better! More expensive doesn’t always mean the product is better. Of course like everything you buy if you don’t take care of your stuff they won’t last. I had this mixer for about 7 months now and I love that it’s glass! No plastic residue in your food! You can make smoothies with it, dice onions, tomato sauce, hummus, and much more!

Jo Dakin: I mostly make hummus with this. It blends everything very smooth, but will overheat and shut down if you run it for too long. Don't worry though, just put the motor (top unit) in the freezer for 10 minutes, then you're back in business! But it does a great job of chopping veggies too. Just know it's very powerful, so use short pulses for chopping. I love the glass bowl and non-skid rubber gasket on the bottom. Bowl goes in the dishwasher. The blades I soak in soapy water and use a bottle brush to safely clean them off, rinse and drip dry in a safe out of the way spot. It's so easy to use. I love it.

So what I love about this one is that it's just easy. No huge heavy base and safety mechanism crap that stops you from seeing the food you're trying to process and easily adding ingredients to be blended.

If you have used and love an immersion blender (like the Braun multi immersion tool I was gifted), this is the logic this device is based upon but in a larger, weighted bowl.

Since the initial purchase was a gift for my mom (who is 76 and whom I wanted to avoid a heavy, useless paperweight), I did considerable research and was cautious. After she received the chopper, I visited them to prepare "Mexican Night" and tested this chopper myself to make salsa.... Now, I am ordering one myself. It especially makes perfect salsa ot your specifications. And the capacity is perfect!! The salsa recipe I tested requires 6 tomatos, 2 jalapenos, 1 poblano, 1 C green onion, and a can of diced tomatos. This unit seemed like maybe that was going to be too much, but to my highest expectations-it wasn't. And pulsing the chopper for this specific purpose is...

M. W.M. W.: The media could not be loaded.  So, I read hundreds of reviews on so many different processors before choosing this one. Disregard the bad reviews on this item, I almost didn’t buy because of them, but so glad I went with the majority! And I never write reviews. But this deserves one. First of all, product came in packaging very neatly, everything looks brand new, and the glass bowl is quality! It is perfect size for my 5 person household. Not too small, not too big. I used this for the first time tonight bc I was too lazy to chop up my cooked hamburger to make taco meat lol. I swear, as you’ll see in the video, it took maybe 4 pushes and it was done. Super easy to use. Worked great. Lots of power, super sharp. And the best part, was extremely easy to clean. There is a rubber ring to keep the glass from sliding across counter, but when it was wet it was still slippery, (I cleaned the items before using) so I dried it off well, and it went back to not slipping. Nata B.: Mainly, I got it for ground beef. My family loves "kotleta", it is a European dish, it is close to meatballs, but has more ingredients: eggs, green vegetables, garlic, onion, a little bit of bread. All ingredients must be grounded.
Before, I grounded each ingredient separately, and it took a lot of time. This one has a big size bowl to put all ingredients together and ground them at the same time, very convenient and it saves me a lot of time. The glass bowl good shaped and easy to clean. Glass is thick. I hit it over the sink and I was sure I broke it, but it was fine. This chopper has a separate motor, so it is almost impossible to get it dirty. So sometimes you don't even need to clean it.
The packaging is very good, each knife's blade has a separate plastic safety cover, so if your child gets to the box and find the nife, he will not cut himself.
