I was tired of peeling eggs and bringing half of the egg along with the shell. This assures you get all the hard boiled egg. Great invention and product. Always spray with olive oil or spray oil of your choice before you boil the eggs or they’ll stick horribly onto the product. I learned the hard way.

Imagine my amazement that these were not protected, they were in a bag within a bag. I was shocked that there were no instructions for use. I guessed at the time needed and was wrong. I added oil but was disappointed that the egg still stuck to the sides. Perhaps I will get used to these.

Now! They aren’t going to look like a boiled egg so you won’t be making deviled eggs using these. But the are good for egg salads or if you not worried about how they look. The first time I used there one or two of the tops popped off and I had egg boiling in the water. It was hard to clean the cooked egg off of the tops.
