Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: For personal use it is fine. I would not buy as a gift, just because it's squeaky and flimsy. Mine arrived broken. One of the handles is broke off.
On a positive note, the cool roller feels nice on my face.

Tom Capps: Product came as discribed with everything that was listed. Excellent! I bought this as a gift and the packaging was very basic and minimal. No instructions on use. Brown box with items individually wrapped. I have bought others that came with a small bag and packaging was “prettier”. But for the price and quality of the product I’ll take it.

K. E. T.: I should have known that at this price it would be a little janky. It makes a squeaky noise when you use it. The jade is low quality. However, it does feel good on my face. So, it gets the job done.

Linsey Arnoult: I really like this product. I read the reviews before I bought it & went out on a limb because some reviews were bad some were good. I had no issues with this products. Each item was individually wrapped in bubble wrap. I’m still learning how to use this product however the stone has served its purpose. I use it everyday & already see a change in my jaw line. I watched a lot of YouTube videos on these products & I’m overall impressed. The coolness of the rolling stone really relieves the puffiness in my skin as well.

Everything came very well packaged and in separate closed bags.
All though one of them came broken. Literally snapped in half. But no big deal. Got it back together with some super glue and for right now is working just fine! :))
