I have a raspberry pi weather-station, and this houses the raspberry pi, while it's smaller cousin houses some of the instrumentation. With only one knockout removed on the bottom of the box, in the orientation I have it anyway, I see no evidence of water or anything else ever being in that box. The knockout I have removed is for power and data, and that is sealed up with a fine mesh and hot glue. And the way it is, I again see no evidence of anything ever being in there that wasn't supposed to be. It was still clean inside the box about two years later when I finally decided to crack it open just to check up on it. The one thing this thing has a problem with is that the included screws to hold the cover on rust, and they rusted quite a bit, to the point where you can see the rust stain creeping down the front of the box. So I suppose if I give it more time, eventually the rusting screws may lead to a point of water ingress. But as of yet, it has not happened.

Love this box. Nice rubber grommets that you can easily cut or shape with a knife blade. Plenty of room inside. Easy to drill for the retaining screws. This is perfect for tidying up and safely housing my security camera wires. The lid appears to fit tightly. Buy be aware that it does not have a rubber seal ring, so this might not be the best box if you are going to locate in a wet location or require a completely waterproof box. Mine is under the eaves, so water resistant should be fine for my requirement. Happy with the purchase.

Seems well made. I cut an X into the soft rubber ports and pushed my wires through. This was for wiring a garbage disposal so water resistance seemed important in case of a spraying plumbing leak. It was easy to work with and mount.
