Maarten HofmanMaarten Hofman: The box is easy to drill into, even with a battery powered drill. The lid is thin enough to add jacks and dials through without having to worry if you can tighten them in place. There are holes in the bottom to attach the circuit board to, but I haven't been able to find the right screws for that. In case you lose the screws that are used to tighten the box, they are M4-0.70x20 (but the holes are deep, so 16 and 25 likely work too).

Mike D: Used to make a control box for a wood working lathe. Box is perfect in size and is very durable. Ended up perfect for my application. I was impressed with the screw backing holes. They are threaded metal. The reason I gave it a 4 star is it was very difficult to cut openings with a jig saw. The plastic melted and sealed after cut. Had to recut over and over to make opening. Found drilling holes first helped speed up the process. Another thing to note is the plastic is very shinny and scratches easily, almost like plexiglass. Was looking for more of a matted finish. The plastic seems to electrostaticly attract dust, not good in a wood working shop. May spray paint down the road. Overall, like the size and strength. Disappointed in material for my application.
