I know they are supposed to be for high heels but they also work great in flats! I have high arches and need the support. I have these in every pair of high heels I own, including boots.

Veronica Lysyj: As others have mentioned these provide significant arch support - about 1/2 inch! Great if you have high arches like me, if you don't these may hurt your feet. The bottom of these adhere with a sticky silicone, gentle on shoes and can be peeled off and replaced if you do not place properly the first time. A plus: in the heel area they are very thin. Feasible to wear with open-back heels or heeled sandals as they will be invisible (there is no lip to these as with other shoe inserts). The con to this is they do not make a big difference with heel or toe comfort like I was hoping, they really just give the arch a boost. Worth the $11? Yes. I see myself buying these for other heels.

CJ: When you get these lined up right for Your feet, the support yo your arches are terrific! I have super high arch’s and wear these particular inserts in All my shoes! High heels, or flats! Even in my tennis shoes! But, as I said, you need to make sure you place the inserts in the right place in your shoes so the arch fits into your foot’s arch. You Are able to place these, then remove them and reinsert them in a slightly different location a few times and they will still adhere to your shoes.

Dr T. Hema:
This is the biggest scam ever. It is essentially a hard small strip of plastic, with NO buffering or padding at all, except at the instep archl!!
Moreover, they are claiming it fits all sizes from 6 - 10, which is a big LIE. It may just about fit size 6.
Don't fall a trap for this piece of rubbish.
TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Misti Teague: This may sound strange, but I don't get how to use them...? They are too short and too skinny, so where do I place them? Do I put them all the way against the back heel of the shoe and let the rest fall where it goes? Or do I position the ball of the cushion where I think the ball of my foot will be? Do I center it length-wise? Or do I position the arch against the arch of the shoe? Or do I just center the whole darn thing in the whole darn shoe? It's so weird....
