Freya Pruitt: This is advertised to stick on the foot and be used again- absolutely not true, nor does it even funtion the first time.

D Gani: I have foot pain all the time and these were recommended by my podiatrist. They stick all day until I take them off.

RJD: Besides big toe box shoes, these pads are the absolutely best product for alleviation of neuroma pain I’ve found over the past decade—but be aware there’s poor quality control, and sometimes you’ll receive clearly malformed silicone pads, ones that have little stickiness, or ones that are too thin or are actually the thicker size (which seem unusable to me—I can only wear the 1/8” thick version). Thickness for some reason is not noted on the box. So buy with Prime and send them back immediately if they don’t look or fee right. Also, other reviews noting the box’s illustrated placement on foot is wrong are probably correct. These pads need to be placed further down on the foot, rather than over the spot where your neuroma actually is. My (not so great) podiatrist actually instructed me to place these just as illustrated, BUT the pads do seem most effective placed lower down. There may be a difference however between a runner’s neuromas (not enough fat to cushion causes the neuroma) and pointed toe/high heel neuromas (caused by cramped shoe toe box)—you’ll need to experiment a bit. And don’t forget to wash them to restore stickiness—they’re sock lint...

seven seas: I was skeptical at first about buying these as they aren't cheap but based on the good reviews I went ahead and bought them.
Wow..these do work. I have calluses on the balls of my feet that are uncomfortable to walk on for long periods of time.
After some experimentation with placement, I found just the right position that helps cushion and relieve the pressure on my feet.
I bought the 1/8 thickness and find that they do not feel weird or bulky when wearing shoes. Just the right amount of cushion.
Washing them is easy w/mild soap and water. I love that they can be reused as the stickiness magically returns.
This alone helps justify the high price.
I would recommend keeping the plastic discs they were attached to so that you can store them easily when not in use.
Otherwise, sticking them to something else, even each other makes them difficult to remove.
