I was worried bc I put them on and they felt too high, and I knew my feet would be sore by the end of the night. I completely forgot they were in there and six hours later I was home and realized my feet didn’t hurt at all. I have pretty high arches, so I need something high anyway, but these are great. now I can wear my crocs AND have support lol

BlueBug: I have been looking for something that is a little softer on my arches because many of the arch supports I've used are painful. These, however, are softer in the arch area and don't feel like they're pushing into my arch. Therefore, I'm able to stay on my feet for longer. They have worked so far, and looking forward to seeing how long they stand up to use.

SQue: These arch support inserts are very nicely made. I find them to be a tad higher than I need, but I expect over time they may compress a bit so I am sticking with them. What I especially like is how attractive they are. I purchased them specifically for a pair of open sided shoes where the support will be visible. These are perfect because of the way they are made and how flat they lay on the outside edge of the shoe. The cork finish is quite nice as well. 2 pairs in the pack make them an excellent value for the price. Will definately buy again.

D. York: I purchased a pair of Tieks. They are beautiful, well-made, expensive shoes with zero arch support. That's what they're created to be like. Great for some people, I suppose. I need arch support. I was worried I wouldn't be able to use these shoes I had finally saved up and purchased! I saw these gel arch supports and was skeptical. I didn't want too much, but I also knew I needed something. These are perfect! They add just a little support where you need it the most. They feel soft to the touch. Best of all, the adhesive stays where it's supposed to, but can also be removed if you desire. (On Tieks, when you remove it, the adhesive does leave a discoloration, but it doesn't leave any residue. Thought I'd mention it because some people resell Tieks.) I am very happy with my purchase and will buy more to put in other shoes.
