C. Braddy: These would be super soft and comfortable for a shoe that rubs on the heel. The foot flops right past it as a gripper. To slippery.
Adhesion was OK if pressed and left to set up. I have been known to hot glue mine in place if they don't stick.

DeeBroadway: I don’t use it as intended but works great. For some reason my heels eats the foam out of my shoes so I used this to replace it. Once I cut it to fit and place a heel patch on it makes it feel better then new.

Carla Perkins: Saying these things changed my life might sound dramatic, but seriously I wish I had found these years ago, it would’ve saved me a lot of pain. I have at least 5 pairs of shoes I never wear because they absolutely destroy the backs of my heels. One pair of ballet flats in particular I wore once and never again because of the damage they did, and now I can wear them again and they’re actually comfortable! I already ordered more and put all of them in my most uncomfortable shoes. I will definitely keep repurchasing these.

Abby: I mean it stuck to the shoe as intended, but it didn’t stop my heel from slipping. I think because the material is so slick? They’re also not very thick pads they’re pretty slim. So if you have major heel slippage this isn’t the best option imo. But the shoe shape may be to blame in my case since it is a low cut shoe. I’ll keep them for minor heel slipping but will need a thicker option for these particular shoes I bought them for so that’s a bummer
