Serop Babikian: For the price and the quality, I haven’t found a better source for my 5HTP needs. This really helps with my mood in the morning. It also contains 200mg of Chamomile on top of it which is a nice plus.

T. Smith: I've been taking 5htp for years as it helps with my headaches and calming for sleep. Changed to this brand for the chamomile content for additional sleep support. I'm very pleased with this product!! 😴 💤

Michelle: I've been ordering these for a while now, my daughter and I both use them. They used to come in a one dose softgel, so it lasted an incredibly long time. They've switched to capsules now and you have to take 2 to get what you were originally getting from 1. There's also nothing on the package indicating"new look, same product", etc. So I'm left wondering if they sent me the wrong thing, but I digress. Oddly, I need to take 3 now for the result of their original, so I'm bummed about that too. So the original lasted me 180 days, and because of the change this one will last 30. I'm not sure I'll order again
