jcp: Good sticky carpet tape. Easy to use and does the job. Could be a little stickier.

chad lochmiller: I Bought this because our carpet kept rising after being rolled up for a period of time. I got one roll at lowes but it only was sticky on one side and used friction to keep the rug in place. Did not work. Got this one on Amazon and it absolutely did they trick. Very easy to cut and apply. Carpet not longer rises up and we're not tripping over it anymore!

goPatiriots: I used this under two of my rugs and it works better when there is a mat of some sort under the rug to assist in the grip. I have a rug in a high traffic area that has not budged since I put the tape down. A different rug peeled off after my dog ran around on it, but I didn’t have a mat underneath. When I peeled the tape off to re-tape it, it peeled right off and didn’t leave a residue. It stays much better now with a mat under it and longer strips of tape.

Bird Lady: The hallway rug that has been part of house for years...suddenly slipped/shifted under my feet and down I went. No one else home at the time so I had to really take my time getting up. My pride was hurt more than anything😕. When I checked under the carpet all the carpet liner that had been under foot for years has gathered underneath and no liner kept the rug secure. I was determined not to have this scenerio happen again. Securing the corners and some length of the carpet with this tape was just the right thing to do!! I've tested and retested the carpet. Deliberately caught a corner. Had the kids run back and forth. The hallway rug stayed in place!!! Have made a point of putting smaller pieces under the bathroom rugs, the kitchen rug...even a welcome mat. I know how I felt when I went flying, and I sure don't want to see a child or a guest get hurt.
