DebbieMDebbieM: If you take a 7 buy a 7. It doesn't have an arch support, if you want you can add one inside the boot, that's what I do. I've had mine for a few yrs now water never gets inside.
The inside has a fury lining to keep your feet warmer. In the winter I also use a thicker sock, and the boot still fits without being too tight.
I liked them so much I bought a pair for my daughter, she loves them too

Bonnie: My daughter was moving from the high desert to Seattle WA. She says they fit really well, very comfortable. She had a hard time with the concept of plastic on her feet but states they kept her feet really warm in the winter. Duckies are easy to clean and are designed for convenience when living in a wet fairly cold climate, but there are some environments where they are essential. The material was of high quality and the color of the Duckies were perfect.
