Claudene R.Claudene R.: These boots are very nice and comfortable. They seem a little too big for me. I normally wear a 7.5 to 8. I ordered an 8 and there's about 1 inch of room at my toes, even when wearing thicker socks. I'll exchange for a 7. Otherwise, no issues. The calf fits me fine; the fabric at this spot seems water resistant and has give to it so it stretches slightly. Perfect for people with larger calves like me. The inner sole is soft like memory foam, the inner heal is also soft but I can feel its a bit harder there due to the thicker outside heel. Not a deal breaker, just something I noticed. They seem pretty durable and well made. I'll be wearing these soon when it rains again. I'll update this review if i have any leaking issues. So far, I recommend!

LoyalDogMom: I moved to South Carolina and have tried on so many boots that don’t have half sizes and my heels would always slip. Even with two pairs of socks. I needed a pair of mud boots and these fit well. I am a size 8.5 and went with a 9. I wear one thick sock and one regular. The boot has a decent arch and a memory foam sole. I have plantar fasciitis and my insert fits just fine. I think the main thing that makes these boots work is that the heel is shaped to hug your heel so there is no slipping. They are cute as all.

Lara L.: I live in the PNW and love to garden. So, what I'm saying is rain and mud surrounds me a lot of the year. These boots are absolutely waterproof and so very easy to pull on and take off. I did purchase insoles to add more cush and that really made these boots my "go to" footwear. I bought a pair for my sister and and another for a friend who asked where I got mine. For the price, these boots are excellent! Very, very happy with this purchase.

Kelly AldermanKelly Alderman: I rarely write reviews, but I would want to know the following before I buy because shoes are tough to buy online since everyone's feet are different.

First, my shoe size is a women's 7. I ordered a 7. Should have ordered an 8. There is just enough room in the toes, but I can't wear socks or it would be too tight.
Second, my feet are fairly flat on the top (see pic) and the right side boot squishes the top of my foot just a bit. (In pic, I point to where it squishes.). Not enough to return them, but for people with high feet, you probably don't want these. If it didn't hurt my foot a bit, it would be a 5 star review.

Other than the above, I love these boots! Solidly made with hard rubber or some other rubberlike material. The top part is made with wet suit material. Easy to shoot muck off with a garden hose. The other thing I just discovered is that the inserts can be changed. I also like the nifty handles in the sides of the shoes. Easy to pick up your shoes.

I wanted these to protect my feet from the sharp thorns and tall hitch hiker weeds in my front yard, the chicken and duck poop in my back yard, and the creepy crawley bugs in the underbrush of the big...

MarieMarie: My last work/gardening boots were Hunter's. The Hunter boot support was poor and they wore quickly in a desert environment. Because heavy work boots are too hot for my location and always leave my feet and toes in pain after a few hours of work, I always look for a boot that is light and universal for both heavy work and gardening in wet soil. After wearing my new HISEA work boots for two days, I have to say I'm quite pleased. The HISEA boot is comfortable, well-cushioned with removable padding (on top of padding). They offer great support with a nice and sturdy sole. My feet breathe well because I'm able to wear a thin sock. But the best part is that my feet and toes don't hurt. I took the recommendation of others and ordered 1 size down...this is great advice. My size 6 are still roomy. I do recommend the HISEA boot and will probably purchase a second pair.
