Dead red: I bought this product for my leg and feet swelling and I read reviews before buying this product. Everyone said it makes you pee constantly. I'm not experiencing that with this product. The water is coming from another hole and all I can say is don't trust a fart while taking these water pills 😆! But it is helping with my swollen feet and legs by expelling excess water from my body.

Sammy: I got this to use around my time of the month, I soak up water like a Scrub Daddy sponge and my body hangs onto it like a camel in the desert and i got to the point where I’m so sick and tired of feeling bloated and sluggish. Makes my time of the month feel twice and irritating.
I take one a day as to be honest, it’s all you need, I can tell it has caffeine in, I’m not caffeine sensitive at all and I don’t get jitters with it I’m just very aware that my energy levels pick up after taking it.
Makes me flush out all my stored water and I feel better for it.
What I will say is that make sure you still remain hydrated with this, it might flush out water but it has to be replaced.
I would say, take in moderation so take only when you feel that bloated sluggish heavy feeling, it does what it needs to do
