Rose Lace: This was a wonderful book. It transported me to France and I could almost taste the good food and see the beautiful French countryside. Highly recommend this book.

Ripp0500: I haven't cried at the end of the book in quite some time, but I cried at the end of this book. It was such a lovely journey to travel alongside AnneMarie and her husband that I was sad when it came to an end. I am delighted that there is another book in the series that I can sink my teeth into. It's taken me several months to get through the first two books as I have taken my time to savor them. Whenever I needed some time to just sit back and relax and forgot about my worries I've picked them up. Highly recommended!

Michael Gray: Sometimes very sentimental, sometimes very geographic. My personal favorite passages were the descriptions of the historic villages. Such details. Too much conversations that did not move the story. A very comfortable read.

Francophile: In My French Platter Replenished we learn about Annemarie and Steve Rawson’s second stint as property managers in Southwest France.
Following the frustrating events in Book 1, they return from New Zealand to the Tarn département, to take up employment with pleasant and considerate owners at Combe de Merigot. This time, their experiences are much happier, and their enjoyment of the benefits of living in Southwest France is undiminished.
However, this spell is not without its unnerving incidents (nothing to do with their employers), but their love of France remains as strong as ever.
As with Book 1, Annemarie Rawson’s evocative descriptions of the place they live, the towns and villages and the food she cooks transport you right there with her and Steve.

Tipster: What a delightful read from Annemarie again. While My French Platter brought out my worst emotions, My French Platter Replenished made me so happy. The two places Annemarie & Steve worked at in this book were both positive experiences and brought new friendships. Combe de Merigot sounds incredibly gorgeous and Mary & Symon were the ideal owners. The meals Annemarie made and all the work Steve did were always welcomed by the owners. Steve left me in laughter with his winter outfit of stubbies and work boots, quite a sight to behold in all the snow. The experience in France mimicked my own with all the wonderful people you meet. I was sad & happy for Annemarie & Steve when they moved back to New Zealand but they were back amongst family & friends. I am so looking forward to reading about their next adventure in “Later Life Adventures in London and Beyond.” Thank you Annemarie for allowing me to dream about France all the time. I can’t wait to return. Until then Bonne Journée.

Kathy Marsh: Having read the first My French Platter book, which I thoroughly enjoyed, I waited impatiently for the next. It didn’t disappoint! Annemarie has a wonderful way of writing, so descriptive, again, as with the first book, I felt I was there, living the dream with her and Steve. I’ve never visited that part of France, but having read both books, it has certainly given me a vivid view of the region. I even “googled” the area to find out more!
I was so pleased that Annemarie and Steve were finally able to settle into their role as guardians, and how well they did to! What a relief for both of them after the awful experience of their first guardianship to find such a lovely couple of employers in Mary and Symon, with the beautiful house Combe de Merigot to boot!
It was a pleasure to read this book from start to finish, no real dramas as in the first book, but worrying times with family illness back in New Zealand and a job offer for Steve that came out of the blue! This second book is a wonderful edict of how their lives operated on a daily basis, how Steve adapted to his role and how Annemarie was able to use her exceptional culinary skills. She made my mouth...

Jan Tabish: I really loved reading this book! Ms. Rawson has done a masterful job describing her's and her husband's adventures in the beautiful French countryside. She writes in such a way that it truly feels as if you're sitting right next to her and she's casually chatting to a good friend. That to me demonstrates a gifted writer! I have had so much fun getting acquainted with her and Steve through her books, and their experiences mirror many of the same experiences my husband and I had when we visited France several years ago. I highly recommend this book, as well as any other books Ms. Rawson might gift her readers with. I can't wait for her to publish her next one!
