Really details the Gospel that we should all be hearing daily and the explanation of how Christ rescued us from the Cross and WHY the Cross is an amazing perspective that really opens your eyes and mind to the story of why GOD did what He did.
Some of the sources and very old sermons by early Saints detail the idea that Jesus on the Cross is an ambush predator not simply a 'victim'....Jesus deceived the deceiver of the world the devil by hiding Himself (His Divinity) under humanity because He knew Satan would never fight with GOD because he knew he would lose. Satan isn't stupid. I now look at the Cross with yet another NEW perspective. GOD's WORD just keeps on giving in different ways and from different sources and this is a good source.
I also enjoyed the many Scripture verses which were explained more clearly and a few were truly clarified. An example is Christ's promise that "the Gates of Hell will not prevail against the Church" --- how many think verse means the Church will endure even amidst all the attacks from Hell? WRONG! Think about it....Fr Riccardo asks the reader "how many times have you seen Gates attack" & "what is a Gate...

Everyone should read….explains so much about God’s LOVE and how he is rescuing those who say ‘Yes’ …For the sake of Jesus’ sorrowful passion …Almighty God Have mercy on me and the whole world!
