I tried this out because of the good reviews but I definitely would not purchase this again. I usually buy fresh garlic or a small jar of minced garlic (Brand: Spice World)... which are much better options. This didn’t really have a garlic smell and didn’t flavor my food the way I expected it to. In addition, it had a dull color, almost taupe. I checked the expiration date but that wasn’t the issue. I recommend trying other brands or just using fresh garlic.
