I use this foot roller so often that I just have it tucked under my sofa. I just roll it out and get to using it when my feet feel tired and achy. My favorite roll is the very last with “spikes” that one really feels great.

This Denformy 7.5”x10.6” Wooden Foot Roller was available to me through the Amazon Vine program. I have all sorts of problems with my feet, so I thought I would give this massager a try. It feels good while using it, but I find it doesn’t give any lasting relief. I’m sure that varies by person, depending on what ails their feet. This massager is made in China.

I got the double sided version of this with multiple rollers. I have circulation issues in my feet so they regularly fall asleep and are tingly plus they get super sore and tired when I’m pregnant which I currently am. This little gadget feels so great on my tired and tingly feet. It’s a great size that I can comfortably fit both my feet and it doesn’t slide around even on my wood floors. I can apply as much or as little pressure as I like and can roll back and forth however quickly I want. It’s a nice little self massage. Also the bumps are a good medium between not enough pressure and being too sharp like some others. The little bumps are just right. My kiddos have been playing with it and really like it too. My 3 year old just stands on it and tries to balance but it has held up to even that very well.
Overall I really like this and it feels great on my feet so I would definitely recommend it.
