Kindle Customer: We bought this shower kit as part of a remodel of our bathroom. I excepted a $400 shower system to have very good pressure and actual usable shower head settings that an adult would want to use. However, 2 of the settings are similar to the weak pressure you'd get at a hotel. One setting just sprays water everywhere (which, admittedly, my small children enjoyed). The only setting that was somewhat powerful to wash hair still wasn't good, and it took a long time to get conditioner out of my medium length hair. I would not buy this product again.

Sara: We buy Delta for our remodels and rentals. They last. Yes price point models have some finished plastic that looks like chrome but they hold up and have some spot free layer on them. If you want all metal it costs a lot more than this. These hold up to use we have bought several.

Ellen GEllen G: The shower head is solid, good quality. Shower faucet is nice, unfortunately the way my plumbing is set up the hot and cold icons on the trim plate are backwards but not a big deal. You will need to adjust the hot water since there is a safety setting which limits how hot it gets. This was easy to do using the enclosed Allen key and following the manual.

The tub spout is cheap plastic all around. I really like the aesthetics but the diverter feels loose and I’m slightly afraid it’s going to just fall off one day.

Time will tell how long it lasts but it looks really nice.

Ed Deese: I am use to a great stream of water for my shower. This is a nice unit, but it is basically a gentle rain head on the wall rather than the ceiling. You can adjust which holes the water comes from ,but you can’t get a good overall power stream for a shower. It will work ,but it is not my favorite. My water pressure to the house is wonderful but this head doesn’t take advantage of that. I should have read the description more carefully.

Samantha LSamantha L: Showerheads are always expensive for a brand name and this is one of the more 'affordable' black ones I could find in a hurry. It looks really nice in my glass door shower and no complaints about the water pressure, like some others said. I don't use the rain feature but it seems nice. Its made mostly from plastic but you would never know. The handle and spout lever (to switch to shower mode) are a bit loose but maybe we can adjust that. All in all I am happy and would recommend.
