We are in a rental and literally the first thing I did was change the shower head in kids bath to this. I’ve purchased this same product a number of times for personal use and clients. I’m an interior designer and I’ve sourced many faucets... if you want a handheld shower AND shower head that work independently and /or together and you only have one valve mechanism -this is the product for you!

It does NOT feel expensive or heavy... BUT It has great pressure, replaces any normal shower head super easily, is inexpensive, and looks good enough.

Also- I’ll note, as a mom of 4.... while you’re kneeling in front of the tub, the handheld cord is rigid enough to take unhook it from kneeling instead of having to stand up and unhook it from the shower head by the handle.

Starr Trekker: I bought this to put in a newly renovated master bath. It works great and looks nice. The only thing that kept it from getting a 5th star is the cheap hose. It is very plasticy. I have found a way to straighten it out, though. Run hot water or a normal warm to hot shower through it. Hang a wet washcloth from the bottom of the hose while the hot/warm water warms up the tube. The kinks will come out nicely. It just takes a little time. I do like how the shower head is set up, but find that I don't really care for the outer ring of water and prefer the smaller spray. I like being able to pull the shower head out and rinse out the shower stall when I'm done. Very convenient.

Jeremy: Installed this shower head about a month ago. No issues with fit or with leaks. Functions quite fine. As others have commented, there are a fair amount of plastic components, but I dropped the wand onto the tile floor of our shower and it withstood the impact.

TC60: This is the most expensive shower sprayer I have ever purchased. I knew the reviews were mixed but the builder of my new house installed all Delta fixtures in this Venetian bronze finish and I really wanted it to match. I saw the exact unit in the chrome or stainless finish as a "special purchase" at Home Depot for $40 but had to have this matching one! Silly, but still not disappointed. I'm not sure how they arrived at this price point but It works about as well as a comparable Waterpik with the exception of the pulse massage, which only pulses at one speed: very fast. I've never been a big fan of that feature, but if you are, this may not be the unit for you. Other than that, it''s top notch.

donny: The unit works well and was relatively easy to install by hand. One has to be careful, however not to cross thread the hose connections since they are made of plastic and it also was necessary to use plumbers tape for attaching the shower head as the connection leaked slightly otherwise.

Akamai22: The feel of this system is amazing for a lo-flow head. Usually you have to choose between a stinging, small pattern vs. a wide/wimpy spray. This unit provides the feel of a high-volume spray head with actual lo-volume performance.
This near-miracle isn't perfect, but it's so good it gets 5 stars.

If you have polished brass finish hardware in your shower you know it's nearly impossible to find matching units anymore (e.g., the classic Waterpik is not available in shiny brass any more)....... the finish on this unit is not a perfect match, but it's an OK look given the performance of the unit.

So what are the quibbles? Firstly, the head-held option offers very few spray patterns... really just two. Secondly the clip that holds the hand-held sprayer in the middle of the permanent head is kind of vague... you're never really sure if it's fully attached, and it has fallen out a couple of times. It also feels like it's going to wear out quickly, but that's a potential problem, not an actual one.
Finally be aware that you're going to have to deal with a proportioning valve that divides the water between the fixed outer ring and the inner hand-held unit.... if you have...

Bryan HigginsBryan Higgins: Have had this Delta shower head for about 6 months now. Based on the range of reviews seen here, I decided to wait to post a review. It was very easy to install, and has held up perfectly well as a daily use shower head. With all the jets running it's a nice rain shower feeling, and it's nice to be able to split the settings between the handheld and the outer ring.

For best results, and highest water bill, you can punch out the little restriction filter on the inlet.

Rubber tips on the water outlets means that it cleans easily with just a cloth.

Others say this leaks where it shouldn't... I've had absolutely zero issues with that. It's been flawless that way.

Some reviews complain that it's plastic... yeah I get that it's not metal and we all love metal stuff, but seriously I've dropped this once or twice, and it would have hurt a lot more if it'd been heavy steel. Aluminum would be nice, but probably drive the cost up quite a bit.

All in all, very happy with this purchase, which is nice as there are a mountain of options out there, but in this $80-130 price range, a lot of stuff that doesn't get great reviews due to poor quality.
