Daniela GonzalezDaniela Gonzalez: Although it can stain your clothes and skin easily, this colorant is great, I feel I didn’t have to use a lot to turn my white whipped cream frosting black. I did put cocoa powder in the white frosting before adding the colorant so that it was easier to darken. I didn’t think the flavor was affected by the colorant either.

Jurry: I kept buying the small tubes of food coloring from Walmart, and finally realized I could buy in bulk instead, since I need a lot for my business. This is perfect and I feel like it works very well and has a strong color to it.

Wis: A little goes a long way!!! I was so use to having to put so much to get the black right but this only took a few drops! The size of it will last a long awhile! (Used it in Royal icing)
