Shanna Schwentner: I was on the fence. But I am glad that I purchased this particular one. It works great, has good volume, connects to my phone easily, and is easy to use. The only thing that I would say is that I wish the power cable was longer. It is really short so to use it I have to make sure I have an extension cord handy, just in case.

TimT: The projector worked great as a sewing pattern, ceiling mounted imager. Unfortunately, MacOS got updated and the projector would not stay connected to the computer. The problem of losing connection had nothing to do with the projector and was caused by the computer operating system update. The projector company knew about this problem and informed me there was nothing they could do.

***PLEASE READ THIS:***
The company refunded the purchase price SIX MONTHS after I bought the projector and did not require me to return the hardware.
I would say that’s incredible customer service. Buy with confidence.

Don: This is a nice projector for the price and features. However, I cannot access the zoom feature which is very important. Calling the customer service line is a waste. They take your email address and will have someone from the support team respond to you - no telling when! So if I do not get this resolved by the email sent to me, I have to contact customer service again and the show goes on. They need to have competent staff in the customer service dept instead of message takers.

WarrantWarrant: UPDATE 1/26/2023:
Suddenly does not work on laptops with Win11. It worked fine with laptops on Win10, now two different laptops with Win11 can see the projector as a device, but can't connect or display. Contacting customer support.

First off, as of 5/7/2022, if you are trying to activate your warranty online, their website is hacked. DO NOT click any of the popups. Call the number on the warranty card. They'll ask for your (Amazon) order number, name, phone number, and email address so they can send a confirmation. I got an email within 5 minutes of the call, 3-year warranty activated.

My primary use is to hang this from the ceiling over my table, aimed down at the tabletop, connected to my laptop, and project digital maps for D&D.

Good:
- Small, lightweight, comes with all cables you need and a carrying case. Because it is on the ceiling, I had to buy a 25' HDMI cable to reach my laptop.
- Wireless and Bluetooth.
- Picture is sufficient in a dim room with curtains closed and heavy ambient light.
- Relatively quiet with settings adjustment for low/medium/high noise suppression. I enabled those and didn't hear any difference though.
