L Johnson: I use them to hang the swings for our grandbabies & one of them ripped while my 6 year old granddaughter was swinging! I was so upset & she got hurt! It was only up for a year or 2, my guess is that it dry rotted. So now I watch them very closely. My granddaughter will not even get back on that swing now even though we put a new hanger on it, she says, no way! Her getting hurt really broke my heart! My grandkids are all under 100 lbs, their all closer to 50 lbs & under.
